GRAND OPENING: KINEXO opens cold storage facility in Columbus, OH. KINEXO, a McLane Co. subsidiary, has opened a new distribution center and storage facility at 2865 Charter Street in Columbus, Ohio. The 179,000 SF Class A facility features 141,824 SF of freezer space and 32,346 SF of dock space. The facility was built by BGO and Crawford Hoying. Todd Williams led the KINEXO team.

LEASE SIGNED: JLL leases cold storage space in DC metro area. JLL Metro DC has facilitated the leasing of 128,983 SF of cold storage space at 6304 Sheriff Road in Landover, Maryland. The property was acquired by Reich Brothers in January 2025. John Dettleff, Dan Coats, Sam Haas, Ethan Lankford, and Kevin Griffiths with JLL represented Reich Brothers in the transaction and are currently marketing the remaining 290,000 SF of cold storage at 6304 Sheriff for lease. Matthew Reich led the Reich Brothers deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: Rich Young Co. leases cold storage warehouse in DFW area. The Rich Young Company has facilitated the leasing of 1640 Wallace Drive in Carrollton, Texas. The property features a 27,060 SF cold storage warehouse with office space on 6.41 acres. Brad Werner and Trevor Hunt with Rich Young Co. represented the tenant in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Hunter Durant leases cold storage building in Atlanta. Hunter Durant Real Estate has facilitated the leasing of 5200 Phillip Lee Drive Southwest in Atlanta, Georgia. The property features a 100,111 SF cold storage building. Jack Miles, Austin Wolfington, TJ Doyle, and Tripp Traynor with Hunter Durant represented the landlord in the transaction.
