ACQUISITION: BGO, Banner Property Group JV buys cold storage in Miami area. A joint venture (JV) between BGO and Banner Property Group has acquired 12345 Northwest 38th Avenue in Opa-Locka, Florida. The property features a 160,000 SF Class B cold storage facility and is leased to Sherwood Food Distributors. The BGO deal team included Kevin Rivest, while the Banner deal team included Jason Eisenberg and Albert Kim.

ACQUISITION: NAI Sioux Falls brokers sale of cold storage in Sioux Falls, SD. NAI Sioux Falls has facilitated the sale of 2300 East Rice Street in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The property features a 151,077 SF freezer/cooler warehouse on 17.7 AC. Marcus Mahlen with NAI Sioux Falls represented the buyer in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases cold storage facility in Denver, CO. Colliers has facilitated the leasing of 10445 East 49th Avenue in Denver, Colorado. The property features 79,646 SF of Class A cold storage space. Tyler Ryon, Cody Sheesley, TJ Smith, and Nick Rice with Colliers represented the landlord, Prologis, in the transaction.
