ACQUISITION: Colliers sells San Diego, CA warehouse for $8.225M. Colliers has brokered the sale of 1350 Piper Ranch Road in San Diego, California. The property features a 32,028 SF industrial warehouse that the buyer plans to convert to cold storage. A Colliers deal team led by Mark Lewkowitz represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Mohr Partners sells cold storage in Orlando, FL. Mohr Partners has facilitated the sale of 2640 Kunze Avenue in Orlando, Florida. The property includes a 5,329 SF warehouse with specialized cold storage capabilities. The Mohr Partners deal team was led by Erik Schwetje.

LEASE SIGNED: ComReal subleases cold storage warehouse in Miami area. ComReal Industrial Real Estate has facilitated a long-term sublease for 18770 Northeast 6th Avenue in Miami Gardens, Florida. The property features a 21,561 SF refrigerated warehouse and commercial kitchen. The ComReal deal team was led by Edward Redlich and Michaela Senior.

DEVELOPMENT: Cold-Link opens cold storage warehouse in Mississippi. Cold-Link Logistics has opened a new cold storage warehouse 15 minutes outside of Hattiesburg at 88 Mad Dog Way in Ellisville, Mississippi. The facility features a 200,000 SF freezer building. The Cold-Link team is led by Michael Mandich.

FUNDING: RL Cold receives $58M in financing for Philly area cold storage. Manulife has provided a loan for RL Cold’s planned cold storage facility at 907 Pleasant Valley Avenue in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Jordan Roeschlaub, Jonathan Firestone, Nick Scribani, and Blake Thompson with Newmark arranged the transaction.
