ACQUISITION: MAG Capital Partners buys 2 cold storage assets in Indianapolis. MAG Capital Partners has acquired 2 cold storage properties in Indianapolis, Indiana, in a sale-leaseback transaction with FreshEdge. The MAG Capital Partners deal team included Drew Wahlgren, Dax TS Mitchell, and Andrew Gi. Todd Heine, Brendan Keely, Danny LaPierre, and Noah Shutan with Colliers facilitated the transaction. The properties are:
4501 Massachusetts Avenue — FreshEdge’s 104,114 SF HQ on 13.12 AC
5930 West 82nd Street — 28,800 SF warehouse on 3.39 AC

ACQUISITION: LM Real Estate Partners buys Atlanta metro cold storage asset. LM Real Estate Partners has acquired 109 Thompson Road in Hiram, Georgia. The property features a brand-new 99,750 SF Class A cold storage asset that is currently 100% leased to Hungryroot. The acquisition was the seed deal for the firm’s LMRE Fund III. The LM RE Partners deal team included Connor McGovern. Robyn Hurrell, Alex Cantu, Darren Ross, Sean Boswell, Harrison Marsteller, and Mike Sogluizzo with Colliers facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: PAK Quality Foods buys industrial asset in Amarillo, TX. PAK Quality Foods LLC has acquired 1501 South Johnson Street in Amarillo, Texas. The property features a 76,614 SF industrial distribution facility that PAK will convert into a state-of-the-art cold storage warehouse. Joseph Cooper and Katrina Kieu with SRS Industrial represented PAK in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Voit RE Services leases Los Angeles cold storage for $12M. The Zehner Hill Industrial Group of Voit Real Estate Services has facilitated a 128-month lease for 500 Burning Tree Road in Fullerton, California. The property features a 62,697 SF cold storage facility. The Voit deal team was led by Adam Hill, Mitch Zehner, and Mike Zehner.
EXPANSION: H-E-B plans $700M supply-chain expansion. H-E-B has announced that it plans to invest $700M to expand its Texas supply-chain operations, potentially at its Foster Road campus on San Antonio’s East Side, in what would become the company’s largest-ever manufacturing and logistics investment. The project includes plans for a new refrigerated warehouse, bakery, transportation building, and expanded manufacturing facilities, with construction possibly beginning later this year and operations launching as early as 2028. Carson Landsgard leads the supply-chain team at H-E-B.
