LEASE SIGNED: Bob Evans Farms leases cold storage facility near Dayton, OH. Bob Evans Farms will be the sole tenant of 50 Chapelgate Drive in Fairborn, Ohio. Slated for completion in the 2nd quarter of 2026, the project will feature a 196,400 SF cold storage facility. Crawford Hoying, in partnership with BGO Cold Storage and Contegra Construction, is developing the facility. The Crawford Hoying leadership team includes Nelson Yoder, Brent Crawford, and Bob Hoying. Mike McCoy leads the Bob Evans Farms team.

DISPOSITION: Partners sells cold storage facility in San Antonio, TX. Partners has facilitated the sale of 1403 East Houston Street in San Antonio, Texas. The property features a 4,295 SF cold storage facility on 1.02 AC. The Partners deal team included David Ballard, Brian Heines, and Parker LaBarge.

FINANCING: Cold-Link Logistics secures $33.9M construction loan for Rhode Island cold storage. Cold-Link Logistics has received a construction loan for the expansion of its existing facility at 1 All American Way in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. JLL arranged the financing. The expansion will add 65,000 SF, tripling the current facility’s freezer capacity. Completion is expected by early 2027. The Cold-Link leadership team includes Michael Mandich and Nick Mandich.

DEVELOPMENT: Lineage completes expansion of Louisville, KY, cold storage. Lineage has completed its expansion of 7201 Winstead Drive in Louisville, Kentucky. The expansion adds more than 84,000 SF of temperature-controlled warehouse space to the existing facility. President Sean Vanderelzen led the Lineage expansion team.

DEVELOPMENT: Cheney Brothers announce $42.5M expansion of cold storage in Florence, SC. Cheney Brothers has announced that it will expand its cold storage project at 2491 Florence Harllee Boulevard in Florence, South Carolina. Cheney Brothers first broke ground on the facility in 2023. CEO Byron Russell leads the Cheney Brothers team.
