DISPOSITION: Foxfield and AW Perry sell cold storage in Greater Boston area. A partnership between Foxfield and AW Perry has sold 626-680 Lynnway in Lynn, Massachusetts. The portfolio features 3 buildings with cold storage and warehouse capacities. The buyer was North River Co. The Foxfield deal team included Jeff Theobald, while the AW Perry deal team included Bob Maloney.

DISPOSITION: Avison Young sells temperature-controlled facility in Montréal. Avison Young has facilitated the sale of 11601-11701 and 11700 Albert-Hudon Boulevard in Montréal, Quebec. The property features a 218,467 SF temperature-controlled warehouse and distribution facility with specialized cold-chain infrastructure. Yann Charles, Mark Sinnett, Victor Harraca, and Marie-Claire Laflamme-Sanders with Avison Young represented the seller, Metro Inc., in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases Los Angeles area cold storage facility. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 2165 Yates Avenue in Commerce, California. The property features a 10,000 SF building with 3,084 SF of cooler space and a 300 SF freezer. Peter Bacci led the Lee & Associates LA Industrial Group deal team in the transction.

EXPANSION: Shoreline Freezers plans expansion of South Jersey facility. Shoreline Freezers has announced that it is adding 128,000 SF of new space to its facility at 6 North Industrial Boulevard in Bridgeton, New Jersey. The expansion will nearly quadruple the facility’s capacity with the addition of 27,000 pallet positions. The Shoreline Freezers team includes Gene Taormina.
