ACQUISITION: Colliers facilitates sale of future Greater Los Angeles cold storage. Colliers has represented the buyer in the sale of 7150 Village Drive in Buena Park, California. The buyer plans to covert the 68,870 SF industrial building into a state-of-the-art cold storage and food distribution facility. Stan Kwak and Selden McKnight led the Colliers deal team. John Biven and Chris Ehrlich with CBRE represented the seller, Buchanan Street Partners.

ACQUISITION: Anchor Capital Group buys mixed-use property with cold storage on Long Island for $3M. Anchor Capital Group has acquired 422-426 Great East Neck Road in West Babylon, New York. The property features a 25,944 SF building with a cold storage facility plus 7 retail spaces. The Anchor leadership team includes Yair Sarraf, Max Padway, and Ethan Frank. John Giannuzzi and Nicholas Gallipoli with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Cassanova Meats.

LEASE SIGNED: Newmark leases cold storage asset in Seattle metro area. Newmark has facilitated the leasing of 18404 72nd Avenue South in Kent, Washington. The property features a 71,613 SF cold storage facility. The new tenant is Plymouth Inc. Thad Mallory and Taylor Hoff with Newmark represented the landlord in the transaction.

GRAND OPENING: Central Storage and Warehouse opens Kenosha, WI, area expansion. Central Storage and Warehouse (CSW) has celebrated the grand opening of an ultra-cold expansion at 7800 95th Street in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The expansion adds storage space that is maintained at -70°. The CSW team includes Hill Hamrick and Andrew Wasz.
