DISPOSITION: MVK Capital sells Minneapolis area cold storage for $8.6M. MVK Capital has sold 6085 Claude Way in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. The property features a 65,232 SF cold storage warehouse on 4.93 acres. MVK purchased the facility in 2024 for $5.45M. The MVK deal team included Dario Klasic and Milan Milojevic. Myles Harnden represented the buyer, So Good So You, in the transaction. Bryan Van Hoof and Jeff Przytarski with CBRE represented MVK.

LEASE SIGNED: Cushman & Wakefield leases cold storage in Memphis. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the leasing of 5200 Tradeport Drive in South Memphis, Tennessee, to LifeScience Logistics (LSL). The property is owned by Mapletree Investments and features a 625,000 SF cold storage facility. Kemp Conrad with Cushman & Wakefield represented Mapletree in the transaction. Brian Monaghan and Bob Robers, also with CushWake, represented LSL.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases cold storage facility in Chicago. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 5115 South Millard Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. The property features a 41,722 SF cold storage facility and is owned by BGO Cold Chain. Steven Livaditis with CBRE represented BGO in the transaction. The BGO deal team was led by William Nelson.

DEVELOPMENT: RLS Logistics to expand cold storage facility in Delanco, NJ. RLS Logistics plans to break ground on an expansion of its cold storage facility at 1000 Coopertown Road in Delanco, New Jersey. The project will add more than 6.75M cubic feet and roughly 8,000 new pallet positions to the existing warehouse. Russell Leo leads the RLS Logistics team.

GROUNDBREAKING: Karis, Ti Cold break ground on $60M Atlanta cold storage. Ti Cold and Karis Cold have broken ground on a new cold storage facility in the Tidewater Industrial Park in Darien, Georgia. The facility will be operated by PermaCold Logistics and will feature more than 30,000 pallet positions.
