DISPOSITION: Newmark sells cold storage facility in Braselton, GA. Newmark has facilitated the sale of 1160 Broadway Avenue in Braselton, Georgia. The property features 94,500 SF of cold storage and distribution space on 20 acres. Bartell Hardison, John Shaunfield, Kyle Jett, and William Selton led the Newmark deal team.

DISPOSITION: Rich Realty sells cold storage facility in Holley, NY, for $3.85M. Rich Realty has facilitated the sale of 88 Cadbury Way in Holley, New York. The property features an 80,000 SF cold storage warehouse. Mark Palazzo with Rich Realty represented the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Colliers sells cold storage facility in Tampa Bay area. Colliers has facilitated the sale of 3508 Sydney Road in Plant City, Florida. The property features a 25,164 SF cold storage facility on roughly 6 acres. Kyle Kidd and Dominic Hewitt with Colliers represented the seller in the transaction and sourced the buyer, a local owner-user.

DEVELOPMENT: Unit Cold Storage launches small bay cold storage solutions. Cold storage veterans John Galiher, Dan DiDonato, and John Ingrassia have launched The UCS Group to offer Unit Cold Storage, specializing in the development of small bay cold storage facilities. The focus is on Tier A, dense, infill locations for food manufacturers, food distributors, importers, exporters, consolidators or logistics services. The UCS Group is currently constructing Unit Cold facilities with 7,200 SF units in the South Florida, Houston, and New England markets.
