DISPOSITION: Lineage sells cold storage facility in Santa Maria, CA, for $60M. Lineage Logistics has sold 1349 West La Brea Avenue in Santa Maria, California, to Arctic Cold. The property features a 226,000 SF cold storage facility on roughly 10 AC. UMB provided Arctic Cold with a $30M acquisition loan. Greg Lehmkuhl led the Lineage deal team.

ACQUISITION: Envision Cold buys cold storage in Savannah, GA, for $45.1M. Envision Cold has acquired 106 Eli Whitney Boulevard in Savannah, Georgia. The property includes 2 cold storage buildings totaling 189,000 SF and is located in the SPA Industrial Park. The seller was Georgia Cold Storage. The Envision Cold leadership team includes Austin Solem, Eric Diaz, and Stephen Draper.

ACQUISITION: BGO buys cold storage in Inland Empire of CA for $44.3M. BGO has acquired 15 Longitude Way in Corona, California. The property features a 164,888 SF cold storage facility. The seller was Condor Cold Storage. The Condor Cold Storage leadership team includes Clay Knapp and Jack Monroe.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases industrial space in Modesto, CA, to Mercer Foods. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 1800 Reliance Street in Modesto, California. The property features a 207,025 SF industrial building. The tenant, Mercer Foods, specializes in freeze-dried fruit products. Ryan Davis, Daniel Davis, Robert Taylor, Tom Davis, and Ross Rudow with CBRE represented Mercer Foods in the transaction.

DEVELOPMENT: UPS plans $6.1M cold storage at Louisville, KY, warehouse. UPS is adding 42,000 SF of cold storage to its existing warehouse at 6204 New Cut Road in Louisville, Kentucky. Biotech firm Amgen will use the new cooler facility.
