ACQUISITION: Anderson & Vreeland buys Dallas cold storage for $8.8M. Anderson & Vreeland Realty Corp. has acquired 4910 Joseph Hardin Drive in Dallas, Texas. The property features a 20,000 SF cold storage facility that is currently leased to Bento Sushi. The transaction was part of a 1031 like-kind exchange that included the disposition of a property in Fairfield, Texas. The seller was CanTex Capital. Michael Walters and Cameron Silverstein with NAI James E. Hanson represented Anderson & Vreeland in the transaction. Chase Miller with NAI Robert Lynn assisted with the 1031 exchange.

ACQUISITION: Malman brokers $9M sale of food production facility in Denver. Malman Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 4600 Joliet Street in Denver, Colorado. The 58,984 SF property includes refrigerated and frozen storage space. Shane Robson with Malman represented the buyer in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Hanna Commercial leases cold storage in Columbus, OH. Hanna Commercial Real Estate has facilitated the leasing of 909 Michigan Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. Nicholas Manus with Hanna’s Central Ohio team represented the tenant, a food preparation and delivery service, in the transaction.

INVESTMENT: GFH Partners invests in Cold-Link Logistics. GFH Partners, an asset management company headquartered in Dubai’s International Financial Center, has completed a co-investment in Cold-Link Logistics along with Slate Asset Management and Hamilton Lane-managed funds. According to GFH Partners, the investment will help Cold-Link expand into additional strategic markets in the U.S. Nael Mustafa led the GFH deal team.
