DISPOSITION: Quaker Valley Foods sells Philadelphia cold storage for $41M. Quaker Valley Foods has sold 2701 Red Lion Road in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in a sale-leaseback deal. The property includes a 241,000 SF cold storage facility. The buyer, Fundamental Income, is backed by Brookfield Asset Management. Alexi Panagiotakopoulos led the Fundamental Income deal team.

DISPOSITION: Sun Belle sells cold storage facility in Miami, FL for $25.8M. Sun Belle has sold 2323 Northwest 72nd Avenue in Miami, Florida, in a sale-leaseback deal. The property features a 74,792 SF facility on 3.3 acres. Roger Zuñiga with DiGiacomo Group represented Sun Belle in the transaction. Cody Brais, Luis Castillo, and Taylor Osborne with JLL represented the buyers, Iconic Equities and IP Capital Partners. Iconic Equities is led by Tim Bishop. Christopher Drew, Michael DiCosimo, and Jovi Rodriguez led the JLL debt advisory team.

DISPOSITION: CBRE sells cold storage facility in Miami metro area for $6.65M. CBRE’s Tom O’Loughlin and Larry Genet, along with Chris Robinson and Chad Skipper of Fischer, represented the seller in the disposition of 350 Goolsby Boulevard in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The property features a 22,916 SF freezer warehouse on 2 acres. The seller was Performance Food Group. Carlos Velasquez with VSRE represented the buyer, Green 350 LLC.

DISPOSITION: ComReal sells cold storage facility in Miami, FL. ComReal Miami-Doral has brokered the sale of 21150 Southwest 167th Avenue in Miami, Florida. The property features a cold storage warehouse totaling 55,600 SF on 4.36 acres. The ComReal deal team included Edison Vasquez and Patrick McBride.

DEVELOPMENT: Interstate Warehousing expands cold storage in Kingman, AZ. Tippmann Group’s Interstate Warehousing has announced that it is expanding its cold storage facility at 4400 Interstate Way in Kingman, Arizona. With Phase 2, Interstate will add an additional 194,000 SF, bringing the facility to 467,000 SF. The Interstate team is led by John Tippmann III.
