ACQUISITION: Ridgewood Infrastructure buys Valley Cold. Ridgewood Infrastructure has acquired Valley Cold Storage and Transportation. Valley Cold’s assets include an 85,000 SF cold storage facility located at 101 Watson Lane in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and a 200,000 SF cold storage facility currently under construction at 505 Industrial Avenue in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. The Valley Cold team is led by Jennifer and Clay Bush. The Ridgewood deal team included Ross Posner and Ryan Stewart.

ACQUISITION: Developer buys 22.4 acres in NM for cold storage project. Crawford Hoying has purchased 341 and 371 Alliance Drive in Las Cruces, New Mexico, for $795,200. The 2 parcels will be developed into a total of 460,000 SF of cold storage. Brent Crawford, Bob Hoying, and Nelson Yoder lead the Crawford Hoying team.

DISPOSITION: NAI sells industrial building with cold storage in Billings, MT. NAI Business Properties has facilitated the sale of 408 Custer Avenue in Billings, Montana. The property features 2 separate buildings for a total of 1,960 SF of shop/office space and 960 SF of cold storage. Ethan Kanning with NAI Business Properties represented the seller in the transaction.

DEVELOPMENT: Dothan Warehouse plans $5.2M expansion of AL facility. Dothan Warehouse plans to add 400,000 SF of 35°F storage space and 80,000 SF of 63°F storage space to its facility located at 980 Murray Road in Dothan, Alabama. The project will add 10,000 pallet positions to the warehouse’s capacity. Turner Jones leads the Dothan Warehouse team.

DEVELOPMENT: Anderson-DuBose receives permit for Jacksonville, FL facility. The city of Jacksonville, Florida, has issued a permit for the construction of a cold and dry food storage facility at 4125 Cisco Drive West. The Anderson-DuBose Co. development will feature a 153,136 SF warehouse and a 9,502 SF office building. The Anderson-DuBose leadership team includes Warren Anderson and Mike Boddy.
