FINANCING: LNL Capital funds $110M construction loan for cold storage in Cincinnati metro. LNL Capital has provided a $110M first-lien construction loan for a build-to-suit cold storage project in Monroe, Ohio. The new facility will feature a 402,000 SF cold storage warehouse tenanted by a Fortune 500 company on a NNN lease.

ACQUISITION: Timberview Capital buys cold storage portfolio in Indianapolis for $25M. Timberview Capital has acquired a 2-property cold storage portfolio in Indianapolis, Indiana, through a sale-leaseback deal with FreshEdge. The properties include FreshEdge’s headquarters, for which the company signed a 20-year absolute NNN lease. Tyson Cobb led the Timberview Capital deal team.

DISPOSITION: Cushman & Wakefield sells, leases cold storage in Central PA. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the sale and leasing of 1621 North 7th Street in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The property features a 14,796 SF cold storage warehouse. Jason Sourbeer led the CushWake deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: Ringsby Realty leases cold storage in Denver. Ringsby Realty Corp. has facilitated the a lease renewal for 157,745 SF of cold storage at 5120 and 5140 Race Court in Denver, Colorado. Alexander Ringsby and Scott Patterson with Ringsby Realty represented both the landlord and the tenant, Colorado Premium Foods, in the transaction.
