GRAND OPENING: ColdTrack opens cold storage facility in Jacksonville, FL. ColdTrack has announced the opening of a new facility at 11180 Blasius Road in Jacksonville, Florida. The 150,000 SF facility was built buy Arco Design Build and is owned by FlexCold. The ColdTrack leadership team includes Guy Ironi and Warner Siebert.

LEASE SIGNED: Smith CRE leases cold storage in North Miami at $19/SF. Smith CRE has facilitated the leasing of 25,000 SF of freezer cold storage at 501 Miami Gardens Drive in Miami, Florida. The property is owned by Reich Brothers and totals 127,759 SF. George Smith with Smith CRE represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

DEVELOPMENT: Tippman gets $30M permit for Ti Cold facility in Alabama. Tippman Design Build has been issued a permit to construct a Ti Cold cold storage facility in Albertville, Alabama.
