LEASE SIGNED: Petrucci, BGO lease out cold storage in Bethlehem, PA. J.G. Petrucci Co. and BGO Cold Chain have leased out the entirety of 757 Hellertown Road in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The 216,000 SF cold storage development is scheduled for completion by the end of the year. The new tenant is FreshPet. Kevin Rivest led the BGO deal team.

DEVELOPMENT: RLCold gets closer to completing cold storage in CA’s Central Valley. RLCold is coming close to finishing its cold storage development in Shafter, California. The property features 317,413 SF of cold storage space with room to add up to another 178,300 SF. Delivery is expected in the 4th quarter.

DEVELOPMENT: Bob Moore completes cold storage facility in Fort Worth, TX. Bob Moore Construction has completed Project Blue, a 140,000 SF build-to-suit cold storage and food distribution facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The Bob Moore project team includes Ed McGuire, Kyle Whitesell, and Mark Duvall.
